Relationship coaching

Relationship coaching for the patterns that show up with everyone: a partner, a parent, your kids, a friend, the person at work you cannot get right. Whether you are dating, married, separating or starting again after a breakup, the work is on how you are with people — what you say, what you avoid, what you expect, and what you keep repeating. We talk about the argument you keep having in different words, how you handle conflict and how you avoid it, trust and how it is rebuilt, boundaries you have not set or have not held, what you are looking for when you date, and why you might be choosing the same thing again.

You can come on your own; the other person does not need to take part, and most of what changes starts with how you show up. Sessions are one to one with the same relationship coach every week, fifty-five minutes, by video or in person in Santa Cruz County. A single session is $130, or take a block of four ($495), eight ($935) or twelve ($1,325) — the longer the block, the less each session costs, down to $110. Veterans and first responders get 15% off. This is coaching, not couples therapy or marriage counselling, and we will say plainly if that is what you need instead.
