Life coaching

Our life coaching is for the broad version of the problem: when the shape of your week, your work and your relationships is not the shape you would choose, and you already know most of the reasons why. We talk about what you actually want as opposed to what you think you should want, the standards you are running to that you never chose, where your time and energy really go, the small decisions that quietly undo a good week, and the gap between deciding to do something and doing it.

You work with one life coach, every week, on whatever is most live — one thing at a time and properly, not a general check-in — and you leave each session with something small enough to actually do before the next one. There is no fixed program and no script; you decide what changes, and our job is to make the pattern visible enough to change it. Sessions are fifty-five minutes, by video, by phone or in person in Santa Cruz County. A single session is $130, or take a block of four ($495), eight ($935) or twelve ($1,325) — the longer the block, the less each session costs, down to $110. Veterans and first responders get 15% off.
