Support That Goes Beyond Treatment
Treatment centers teach you how to get sober. Recovery coaching helps you stay sober — and actually enjoy your life. We're your partner in navigating the real-world challenges that clinical treatment can't fully prepare you for.
Whether you're newly sober, years into recovery, or somewhere in between, our coaches provide the accountability, guidance, and practical support you need. We've been where you are, and we know the path forward.

Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about our adult services.
What's the difference between a recovery coach and a sponsor?
While sponsors are volunteers from 12-step programs who share their experience, recovery coaches are trained professionals who provide structured support. Coaches work with you on multiple life areas, not just the 12 steps, and are available during scheduled sessions rather than on an as-needed volunteer basis. Many people benefit from having both.
Do I need to be in a 12-step program?
No. We support all pathways to recovery. Whether you're engaged in AA/NA, SMART Recovery, religious programs, or your own approach, we meet you where you are. We can help you explore different options if you're not sure what works for you.
What if I'm still in treatment or just leaving treatment?
Recovery coaching is excellent as a step-down from residential treatment or alongside outpatient programs. We coordinate with your treatment team to provide seamless support during this vulnerable transition period.
Can my employer or family pay for services?
Absolutely. Many clients have services paid for by family members or employers who want to support their recovery. We can work with whoever is managing the financial arrangement while maintaining your confidentiality.
What areas do you cover for in-person sessions?
We provide full in-person coverage throughout San Francisco, Alameda, Contra Costa, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Monterey, and Santa Cruz counties. Limited availability in Marin, Sonoma, Napa, and Solano counties. Virtual sessions are available anywhere.
How quickly can I start?
After your free consultation, we can typically begin services within 24-48 hours for standard packages. Intensive or crisis situations may start same-day depending on coach availability.
Ready to Take the Next Step?
Your free consultation is the first step toward the support you deserve. No pressure, no obligation — just a conversation about what's possible.
